Summary

The MIL Corporationis seeking aProject Coordinator (Technical Program Analysis, Analyst)to support the Department of Defense (DoD) National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC). This facility supports the mission to provide realistic cybersecurity environments for test and evaluation of major DoD acquisition programs and to enable the conduct of realistic training and certification events for the DoD Cyber Mission Force. The NCRC facility may also support non-DoD customers such as Department of Homeland Security (DHS), industry, academia, and international partners. This position is contingent upon award at our Patuxent Naval Air Station, MD location.

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Create milestone schedules
  • Develop, prepare and/or maintain documentation pertaining to business processes, systems operation, product development and other technical processes.
  • Research, review, and collect available technical information as basis for documentation.
  • Create new documentation or updates existing documentation to accurately reflect changes in a product or process.
  • Write and maintain end user documentation or on line instructional content.
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling various project workloads.
  • Gather and analyze information to prepare status reports.
  • Draft vendor delivery policies
  • Derive accurate manpower estimates
  • Prepare technical summary reports for management.
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.
  • Ensure that assignments and scheduling of work follows company policy.
  • Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
  • Prepare reports for management and maintain all essential records and reports
  • Ensure that all work orders and projects are properly documented and closed in scheduling systems.
  • Determine the level of schedule compliance and identifies reasons for completion shortfalls.
  • This position supports the program and all other duties as assigned.


Travel

10% - 15% to other sites, as needed

Required Qualifications



  • 3 years of relevant experienceworking with documentation and/or training plans
  • High level of personal motivation and initiative to learn and acquire new skills and adapt seamlessly to an ever-changing security environment.
  • Experience developing and evaluating training plans for personnel.
  • Extensive experience working with blueprints, schematics, technical publications, and supply and logistics data.
  • High degree of organization and excellent verbal / written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with rapid turnaround customer expectation.
  • Excellent with customer communication and interactions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.


Desired Qualifications



  • Expertise in Microsoft Project/scheduling experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data sanitization practices
  • Experience working with JIRA, Business Objects, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with event planning (pre-event planning, event planning, event execution, post event analysis, post event reporting).
  • Working knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures.


Education

BA/BS or HS/GED and an additional 5 years relevant experience

Clearance

All applicants for this position must hold a currentTop-Secretclearance with the ability to obtain and maintainSCI Eligibilityclearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $70,000 - $114,000 per year.
