Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks aRobotic Process Automation, Associate with process automation experience to support federal government clients in the Washington, DC area.

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 2 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Work with client and team to analyze, design and implement RPA-enabled automations
  • Provide deployment and post-deployment support for automations
  • Develop recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency or effectiveness of client processes via automation

Required Qualifications



  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • Technical knowledge in systems development, requirements development and/or automated financial systems analysis
  • Knowledge of business processes utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, PowerAutomate, Kofax, or other similar products
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing


Desired Qualifications



  • Knowledge of Federal financial, accounting, procurement or government business processes
  • Understanding of enterprise frameworks and best practices for development
  • Understanding of automated solution designs
  • Understanding of programming language such as C#, Visual Basic, Python, Javascript, or Java
  • Understanding of the .NET Framework and REST APIs


Education

BA/BS degree in Information Technology or other related fields

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $114,005.00 - $150,000.00 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
