Role Summary
The Senior Director of Finance will lead the organization's financial strategy and operations.
This crucial role involves overseeing a diverse finance team committed to excellence across various financial disciplines.
Your leadership will drive improvements in financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and ensure strategic financial planning aligns with the company's goals.
You will play a pivotal role in financial decision-making, supporting the company's growth and profitability.

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee a multifaceted finance team, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy across financial activities.
- Champion the financial planning and analysis initiatives, focusing on enhancing financial reporting, conducting in-depth profitability assessments, and guiding strategic financial forecasting.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and forecasts to the board, influencing key decision-making processes.
- Cultivate a culture of professional growth within the finance team, mentoring staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Engage in productive collaboration with stakeholders, particularly aligning financial strategies with the expectations of private equity partners.
- Facilitate a smooth transition of financial systems to modern platforms, ensuring continuity and efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership in the financial sector, with a preference for backgrounds in the pharmaceutical industry or similar fields.
- Strong proficiency in financial management systems, with a specific requirement for QuickBooks expertise.
- A history of effective engagement with private equity environments and understanding their unique financial landscapes.
